Our vines are hand pruned, bunch thinned to control yields and produce excellent varietal character assuring intense flavours for our award winning wines. Aging the wine in the finest French oak barriques rounds out the process. The resulting cabernet has a rich abundance of ripe fruit and beautifully balanced oak.

 

2015 Cabernet Sauvignon:

A classic cabernet nose of black cherry evolves into red berry with toasty oak nuances. The palate is soft and sumptuous with silken tannins combining with a chocolaty rich fruit intensity.

Our Semillon Sauvignon Blanc has the zestiness of grapefruit and lime aromas and honeydew melon and gooseberry characters in the primary fruit. The barrel fermented portion gives a creamy richness and leaves a lovely spicy oak nuance.

2016 Semillon Sauvignon Blanc:

This wine has a bright and fragrant bouquet of cut grass, lemon curd and minerally undertones. A fine and delicate palate displays fresh citrus and stonefruit flavours. Partial barrel fermentation in French oak hogsheads has given the wine a long and persistent finish.
