Cabernet Sauvignon
Our vines are hand pruned, bunch thinned to control yields and produce excellent varietal character assuring intense flavours for our award winning wines. Aging the wine in the finest French oak barriques rounds out the process. The resulting Cabernet has a rich abundance of ripe fruit and beautifully balanced oak.
Semillon Sauvignon Blanc
Our Semillon Sauvignon Blanc has the zestiness of grapefruit and lime aromas and honeydew melon and gooseberry characters in the primary fruit. The barrel fermented portion gives a creamy richness and leaves a lovely spicy oak nuance.
